My cooking career and interest in food sprouted at a very young age, I often remember my father planning meals days ahead of time and working hard to get to the weekend where he could then execute his plans, It took awhile to understand but what my father was creating was food memories! I often remember Friday fish fries, Saturday cook outs and of course Sunday steaks, I can still smell that black weber grill cooking my filet on the porch and hear the fish frying in the deep fryer at about 5:00 sharp on Friday these are all food memories and we all have them. Formally I started preparing meals at a local hunt club for weary hunters after a long day in the field, and it quickly grew into my private chef service. I specialize in fine steak dinners, and whole pig roasts but I enjoy plating a beautifully prepared piece of venison or just getting down with a perfectly executed southern BBQ. You will be very hard pressed to find a more passionate chef up here in the Northwoods.
