My passion for food started early, watching my father plan meals days in advance just to bring everyone together on the weekend. He was creating lasting food memories—a concept that has become the driving force and obsession behind my work.
We’ve been proudly serving the Northwoods and beyond since 2019. I'm deeply grateful for the life my wife Martha, our son Henry, our two dogs, and I have built in Eagle River, and I make it a priority to give back through youth mentorship and community support.
When I’m not in the kitchen, I’m usually exploring the Nicolet National Forest or tracking with my hounds. I focus on what I execute best: signature dishes and tasting styles refined to give you an unforgettable experience.
