My cooking career and passion for food sprouted at a very young age, I often remember my father planning meals days ahead of time and working hard to get to the weekend where he could then execute his plans, It took a while to understand but what my father was creating……food memories, and we all have them! That idea of creating food memories for you is a driving force in my life and a true obsession! I formerly started by preparing meals at a local hunt club for weary hunters coming in from the cold at the end of the day, and it quickly grew into my private chef service.
In 2013 I truly became blessed to meet my beautiful wife Emily whom has been very vocal in following my passion and pursuing my dream. We decided to build our life up here in the beautiful Northwoods and god has blessed us with the opportunity to do so. When I am not preparing food for clients, I make sure my wife has a wonderful meal on the table after her long day of working at the hospital. I am very grateful for my life up here in Eagle River and when given the opportunity and able, we do our best to give back to the wonderful community that supports us. We are always willing to serve for a worthy cause. When not in the kitchen you will often times find myself and Emily hunting pheasants with our two dogs or chasing that elusive walleye for the dinner plate.
There is so many wonderful foods to indulge in and impossible to be an expert at all of them, we all realize no one can be the best at everything, so to assure the success of your special occasion I offer my signature menu, as well as offer our smoking services for those more casual events! You will be very hard pressed to find a more passionate and easier to work with chef up here in the Northwoods.
