My cooking career and passion for food sprouted at a very young age. I often remember my father planning meals days ahead of time and working hard to get to the weekend where he could then execute his plans. It took a while to understand, but what my father was creating were food memories, and we all have them! That idea of creating food memories for you is a driving force in my life and a true obsession.
I started by preparing meals at a local hunt club for weary hunters coming in from the cold at the end of the day, and it quickly grew into my private chef service. God has truly blessed me, and I am very grateful for my life up here in Eagle River. When given the opportunity, I do my part to give back to the wonderful community that supports us. Whether providing apprenticeships to young chefs or donating to a wonderful organization, we are always willing to serve for a worthy cause.
When not in the kitchen, you will often find me hunting or chasing that elusive walleye for the dinner plate. There are so many wonderful foods to indulge in, and it's impossible to be an expert at all of them. We all realize no one can be the best at everything. To assure the success of your special occasion, I offer my signature menu, as well as our smoking services for more casual events. You will be hard-pressed to find a more passionate and easy-to-work-with chef up here in the Northwoods.
