Once the details have been squared away and a menu has been set after our over the phone or in person consultation your work is done and mine has just begun! The day of your unique dining experience I typically will show up three hours prior to your serve time and will start to prepare your custom meal plan, this starts out by bringing in proper equipment, rations, and then getting to work on your complete custom menu. If table side service was deemed necessary my waitress or waiter will begin setting the table and preparing accordingly while you can prepare for your guests and worry about the finer details of entertaining! What a relief it is when all of your guests show up and for the first time you are actually able to enjoy them instead of having to be away from the group preparing a complete meal. You are an involved participant in the camaraderie of your occasion and before you know it your chef comes over to the group and asks if you would like to be seated and served . Best of all your being served on time! From that point on your evening is filled with fine conversations with friends and careful table side service from a waiter or waitress you know by name and you are their sole attention. The water or wine glass never runs out and you feel at ease in your own home with the equivalence of having an in home chef and staff to accommodate you and your guests. You will find it hard to believe that the food coming to your table is coming out of your kitchen and with no effort from you as I take great pride in the dishes I put my name on and make you menu come to reality! From the beginning steps to preparing your meal to the last steps of garnishing your plate the success of your event is my mission.
