NOTHING says summer like a BBQ in Eagle River Wisconsin! Alternatively, S.E.C. football and BBQ go hand in hand, and I love both, I have studied with some of the finest tried and true pitmasters in the deep south to assure we stay true to the BBQ roots. Put the suit and tie away and allow me to do all the work and let you take all the credit for your next summer/fall get together. Much like my special private dinner parties it all starts with a call and your work is done before the day of the event even starts. We set a menu, serve time, and I gather all the details. I then acquire your provisions and then the day of your event I hook up to my GMG trailer smoker and head your way! We choose to do small batch BBQ to assure the success of your event and give the food the utmost attention. We are proudly providing smoked BBQ, to the Eagle River, Minocqua, Three Lakes, St.Germain and Land O' Lake's area.
It has long been a goal of mine to come up with my very own barbecue sauce, I have sampled many different regional barbecue sauces and grew an appreciation for the art of creating a sauce. This goal then became a secondary job for the three years until it finally all came together and was deemed perfect! I created, modified, changed amounts, modified some more, and then threw out and started from scratch. My poor wife the only taste tester at the time was forced to try batches of BBQ sauce and years of taste testing resulted in this sweet barbecue sauce with a bourbon snap on the back end! Go ahead and give this sauce a shot, see what years of work and effort turned into!
